Evacuation diagram coverage across Australia

Every diagram is drawn from the floor plan, sketch or photos you send and delivered as a print-ready PDF, so there is no site visit to schedule and no travel to pay for, wherever the building sits. The 23 cities below are the ones with a page of their own.

Section 01

Why the state still matters

AS 3745 is a national standard, so the way a diagram is drawn does not change when you cross a border. The layer around it does. Which buildings have to display a diagram, who inspects it, and what the owner records or lodges are all set by state and territory law, and the local fire authority differs too. Each section below links the requirements guide for that state and names the authority for each city.

These cities are simply the ones where we have written the local detail down. The work itself is remote, so a regional town, an island site, or a suburb we have not named is the same job: send what you have and we will quote it.
