EvacPath ("we", "us") operates evacpath.com. This policy explains how we collect and handle your information.
Information we collect
When you submit an order inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and site address. When you request a free lead-magnet PDF (industry compliance self-checks, pre-design checklists, and similar resources), we collect your email address and the industry you selected.
How we use your information
Order details are used to fulfill your diagram order, communicate order status, and deliver your completed diagrams. Email addresses captured via lead-magnet requests are used to deliver the requested PDF and to send occasional AS 3745 compliance updates. We do not sell or rent your information.
Service providers and data storage
Order inquiry forms are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to our email. Lead-magnet email captures are processed through Mailchimp, whose audience data is stored on servers in the United States. We do not operate a separate database of client information beyond these services and our own email records.
Marketing emails and unsubscribe
Lead-magnet emails are single opt-in. You can unsubscribe from any future compliance update email using the unsubscribe link at the foot of the message, or by emailing us at the address below. Unsubscribing removes you from the audience promptly.
