Terms of service
Last updated: March 2026
EvacPath provides digital evacuation diagram production services to clients in Australia. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Service description
We produce digital evacuation diagrams aligned with AS 3745 diagram element requirements, based on information and floor plans provided by the client. We are not a fire safety consultant. All diagrams are delivered as digital files only (PDF and JPG/PNG). Printing, laminating, and mounting are the client's responsibility.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your site, including equipment locations, exit positions, and building layout. You, or your Emergency Planning Committee, must verify that all diagram content accurately reflects the actual site before displaying diagrams. We accept no liability for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Payment
I prepare a first draft for your approval, then issue an invoice once you are happy to proceed, so you can review the work before you pay. Nothing is payable up front. Payment options are listed on the invoice and all fees are in AUD.
Revisions
We revise each diagram with you until you approve the final files. After delivery, each order includes 2 rounds of minor revisions at no extra charge, and we may provide further minor revisions at our discretion. A minor revision is a change to an existing element (for example, moving an equipment icon or updating text). Major revisions requiring a full redraw are quoted separately.
Refunds
If you cancel before design work begins, any payment already made is refunded in full. Once design work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
Compliance disclaimer
Our diagrams are aligned with AS 3745 diagram element requirements based on the information you supply. We make no warranty that diagrams will satisfy all state or local regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified fire safety professional for full compliance assurance.
