Two options. Refer your client to us and we invoice them directly, no formal commission structure. Or, for fit-out contractors, builders, and project managers: add EvacPath as a line-item on your client quotes at your own markup. Either model works. We do not require a minimum volume or any contract.
Yes. Many fit-out contractors and builders prefer to bundle evacuation diagrams into their occupancy-handover deliverables rather than have the tenant chase a separate provider. A$70 per diagram or A$280 for a Basic package is our cost to you. You set the markup that suits your build budget. We handle revisions and deliver to whoever you specify.
Yes. New builds and fit-outs typically need evacuation diagrams installed at handover so the tenant can take occupancy compliantly. Send us your final architectural plans (PDF, DWG export, or photo of paper plans), tell us the unit count and access points, and we deliver print-ready PDFs in 3 to 5 business days. Common scenarios include NDIS SDA accommodation, hospitality fit-outs, childcare centre builds, and tenant improvements across Australia.

Our standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. If your client has an urgent deadline (for example, a fire safety audit or council inspection), let us know and we will do our best to prioritise their order.
