Why your building needs diagrams
Most Australian workplaces and public buildings need evacuation diagrams at key locations: work health and safety law requires an emergency plan (Victoria has its own OHS laws), and in Queensland the plan must include a diagram. They are drawn to AS 3745, the national standard. These diagrams show exit routes, fire equipment positions, assembly points, and other critical information occupants need during an emergency.
If your building does not have compliant evacuation diagrams, or if existing diagrams are outdated after a renovation, change of tenancy, or layout change, you may face penalties during a fire safety inspection. Fines for non-compliance vary by state but can reach thousands of dollars per breach.

You receive high-resolution, print-ready PDF files sized for A3 display. AS 3745 makes A3 the minimum once a diagram carries optional elements such as emergency numbers, and ours do. Print them at 100% scale on A3 paper, or larger if a wall calls for it, never smaller.
