Each physical location in your building where an evacuation diagram will be displayed requires its own diagram, because the You Are Here marker and highlighted exit path change for each position. Do you do multi-storey buildings? Yes, under the Custom plan. Each floor is treated as a separate layout. Contact us for a quote based on the number of floors and display locations. What if I have more diagrams than my plan includes? Additional diagrams beyond your plan are charged at A$70 per diagram. You can also upgrade to the next plan if it is a better fit for your site. Does floor area or the number of tenancies change the price? No. Pricing is based on the number of diagram locations and floors, nothing else. The sizes shown on each plan are a guide to how many display locations a site usually needs. Two adjoining units covered by one set of diagrams are quoted as one site. Do you handle printing? No. We are a digital-only service. You receive print-ready PDF files and you handle local printing, laminating, and mounting. Most local print shops can produce A3 laminated diagrams for a few dollars each. Are your diagrams certified or officially approved? Every diagram is drawn to the AS 3745 diagram elements (the You Are Here marker, exit paths, fire equipment, and assembly area), and we deliver them ahead of inspection for SDA, dental, and commercial sites. We are not an Australian fire safety consultant, so your Emergency Planning Committee or a qualified person should verify accuracy against your site before installation. How do I pay? I prepare a first draft for your approval, then send an invoice once you are happy to proceed, so you always see the work before you pay. Nothing is payable up front. Invoices are in AUD and the payment options are listed on the invoice. What do I need to send you? A floor plan or sketch of your space, the site address, approximate floor area, number of diagram locations, and the positions of exits, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and your assembly area.
